1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to fiisscalede, a financial education provider operating in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
• "Service" refers to our financial education programs, website, and related materials
• "Participant," "You," "Your" refers to individuals enrolled in our programs or using our website
• "Program" refers to any educational course or workshop offered by fiisscalede
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions plus any enrollment forms or supplementary agreements

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in our programs or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

fiisscalede provides educational programs focused on financial literacy topics relevant to Malaysia, including:

• Debt Management Framework
• Credit Health Workshop
• Insurance Navigation Essentials

Programs are delivered through in-person group sessions at our Johor Bahru location, with supplementary materials provided in printed and digital formats.

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, or format with reasonable notice to enrolled participants. Such modifications will be made to improve educational quality or accommodate operational requirements.

4. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in a program:

• Complete the enrollment form with accurate information
• Pay the required program fee before the first session
• Confirm your availability for scheduled sessions
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions

Enrollment is subject to availability. Programs have a maximum of 12 participants. If a program is full, you will be offered placement in the next available session or a full refund of any fees paid.

We reserve the right to cancel a program if minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in an alternative program.

5. Fees and Payment

Program fees are as follows:

• Debt Management Framework: RM 1,400
• Credit Health Workshop: RM 3,600
• Insurance Navigation Essentials: RM 7,200

Payment must be made in full before the first program session. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as specified during enrollment.

All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change, but any increase will only apply to future enrollments, not to participants already enrolled.

Program fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy (Section 6).

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

• Cancellation 14 or more days before the first session: Full refund minus RM 100 administrative fee
• Cancellation 7-13 days before the first session: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the first session: No refund
• After the first session begins: No refund regardless of attendance

Cancellation by fiisscalede:

If we cancel a program for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program session at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled program sessions on time
• Engage respectfully with educators and other participants
• Complete any assigned exercises or homework
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal financial information shared during sessions
• Use program materials for personal educational purposes only
• Notify us in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled session
• Provide accurate contact information and update us of any changes

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including workbooks, presentations, templates, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of fiisscalede and are protected by Malaysian copyright law.

You may use these materials for your personal educational and financial planning purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
• Share materials with individuals not enrolled in the program
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Remove copyright notices or attribution

9. Educational Nature and Disclaimers

Our programs are educational in nature and do not constitute:

• Financial advice or recommendations specific to your individual circumstances
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice
• Endorsement of specific financial products or services
• Guarantees of any particular financial outcome

The information provided in our programs is for general educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, financial regulations and products change frequently. You should verify current information with appropriate financial institutions and professionals.

For specific financial decisions, we encourage you to consult licensed financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal counsel as appropriate to your situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• fiisscalede is not liable for any financial decisions or outcomes resulting from application of knowledge gained in our programs
• We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on program materials without independent verification
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount of fees you paid for the relevant program
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

11. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal financial information discussed in programs. However, participants must also respect the confidentiality of information shared by other participants during group sessions.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in programs, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a program if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in disruptive behavior
• Violate the confidentiality of other participants
• Fail to pay required fees

In cases of termination for misconduct, no refund will be provided.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and fiisscalede regarding our services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email.

Your continued participation in programs after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes, you may cancel your enrollment subject to our cancellation policy.
